[edit] Stats

[edit] Primary

[edit] Health/Hit Points

Abbreviated as HP in-game.

  • When your HP reaches zero, your character will be incapacitated and unable to perform any actions until revived or if teleprt back to your home point.
  • There are some passive skills that are activated based on the amount of HP your character has.
  • There are some equipment for Knights that are activated based on the amount of HP your character has during transformation.
  • HP will regenerate over time while not in battle; using the Sit or Pray emote will increase your HP faster.

[edit] Mana/Magic Points

Abbreviated as MP in-game

  • Many skills require MP to be used.
  • MP will regenerate over time while not in battle; using the Sit or Pray emote will increase your MP faster.
  • Monsters do indeed have their own MP, if drained with certain skills, they will no longer be able to preform any spells.

[edit] Attack

Abbreviated as ATK in-game.

  • Increases your physical damage. This applies for Bows as well.

[edit] Magic

Abbreviated as MAG in-game.

  • Increases your magic damage.
  • The Divine spell Holy Light's damage is also based on MAG.

[edit] Defense

Abbreviated as DEF in-game.

  • Lowers damage taken from physical-type attacks.
  • Heavy Armor will provide the highest amount of DEF but has none or very low RES.

[edit] Recommended Amount (Quest Specific)

[edit] Resistance

Abbreviated as RES in-game.

  • Lowers damage taken from magic-type attacks.
  • Light Armor will provide the highest amount of RES but has lowest DEF out of the 3 categories.

[edit] Recommended Amount (Quest Specific)

  • Enemy Mines 1 & 2 - No RES is fine as nothing in the quest will use any kind of magic attack.

[edit] Secondary

[edit] Strength

Abbreviated as STR in-game.

[edit] White Knight Chronicles I

  • STR is not the only way of maximizing your damage output with physical attacks. Some skill formulas included the other stats.

[edit] White Knight Chronicles II

  • For every 1 STR, your ATK increases by 1.

[edit] Recommended Amounts

  • Axe -
  • Bow -
  • Longsword - 200+. Primary stat.
  • Shortsword -
  • Spear -
  • Staff -
  • Divine - 0+. ATK/STR does not determine magic damage or heal output.
  • Elemental - 0+. ATK/STR does not determine magic damage output.

[edit] Intelligence

Abbreviated as INT in-game.

[edit] White Knight Chronicles I

[edit] White Knight Chronicles II

  • For every 1 INT, your MAG increases by 1.

[edit] Recommended Amounts

  • Axe - 0+. MAG/INT does not determine physical damage output.
  • Bow -
  • Longsword - 0+. MAG/INT does not determine physical damage output.
  • Shortsword -
  • Spear - 0+. MAG/INT does not determine physical damage output.
  • Staff -
  • Divine -
  • Elemental -

[edit] Dexterity

Abbreviated as DEX in-game

[edit] White Knight Chronicles I

  • For White Knight Chronicles I, DEX is used for Thrusting damage. Mainly for Bows.

[edit] White Knight Chronicles II

  • Effects accuracy. The more you have the less you would miss (up to a certain point).

[edit] Recommended Amounts

  • Axe -
  • Bow -
  • Longsword -
  • Shortsword -
  • Spear -
  • Staff -
  • Divine - 0+. Divine spells cannot miss. Holy Light's effect to instantly defeat a fallen Skeleton can fail but is not determine by DEX.
  • Elemental - 0+ Elemental spells cannot miss.

[edit] Agility

Abbreviated as AGI in-game

[edit] White Knight Chronicles I

[edit] White Knight Chronicles II

  • Increases dodge rating. The more you have, the likely you are to dodge a physical attack.
  • No matter how high your AGI, offensive spells cannot be dodged.

[edit] Recommended Amounts

  • Axe -
  • Bow -
  • Longsword -
  • Shortsword -
  • Spear -
  • Staff -
  • Divine -
  • Elemental -

[edit] Vitality

Abbreviated as VIT in-game

[edit] White Knight Chronicles I

  • This is the main Spear stat. The other stat needed for spear is DEX.

[edit] White Knight Chronicles II

  • For every 1 VIT, your DEF will increase by 1.
  • Vitality also reduces the chance you will be knocked down (important for 2H weapons where you get knocked down easier than 1H weapons)

[edit] Recommended Amounts

  • See Defense.

[edit] Spirit

Abbreviated as SPR in-game

[edit] White Knight Chronicles I

  • It determines the base damage to 50% of most staff attacks. The rest is determined by STR.
  • About 25% of your total SPR is also added as a bonus to healing spells.

[edit] White Knight Chronicles II

  • For every 1 SPR, your RES will increase by 1.

[edit] Recommended Amounts

  • See Resistance.

[edit] Others

[edit] Action Chips

Abbreviated as AC.

  • AC is built over time when attacking and being hit whether your dodging or missing and when casting spells.
  • You do not need to be in-battle to obtain AC via skills. Casting any Divine spell such as Heal or Cure continuously will earn you AC.
  • Many skills require the use of AC.
  • Maximum AC count is 15.
  • Maximum AC cannot be obtained unless your character is Lv 30 or higher.
  • AC is required to use a Combo.
  • A minimum of 7 AC is required to use the Transform command. Transforming with 15 AC will provide a larger bonus.
  • Your AC will be reduced to 0 if you weapon is un-equipped.
  • You will not lose any AC if your switch weapons of the same kind. (i.e. Switching Longsword with a different Longsword or a Katana.)
  • You will in fact have your AC reduced to 0 if switching with a different kind of weapon. (i.e. Switching a Axe to a Bow.)
  • A Bow user can gain faster AC by learning the passive skill, Focus.

[edit] My personal suggestion

When picking out your accessories, I'd suggest you pick ATK, DEF, MAG and RES, because these are the base and most important attributes of your character. STR, VIT, INT and SPR all help but they only slightly increase the values of your base attributes.
